Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when offered.

Please note that shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option you choose.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Gifted in Grace is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is their responsibility. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be found, or appears to be lost, please contact the carrier first.

International Shipping

At this time, Gifted in Grace primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
